Mr. Vishnuram believes in teamwork that necessitates the above meeting in constant intervals before arriving 2D sketches / 3D sketches along with detailed quote for clients to understand the core elements of our work.
Production
Production activity commences at the verge of finalizing the detailed drawings from scratch with prior approval from our clients even for material, texture, color specifications to avoid re-production and costs associated with it.
Woodlighters production line is set per project as site conditions might vary and will be carried in full swing because each staff assigned to this project are completely aware about their deliverables from day one.
Execution
Our execution team is a ready force set aside at the beginning of production itself for mock fixing in the factory itself to check and ensure the precision of produced goods before leaving our premises to project locations. Each project is assigned to a senior supervisor with capable technicians mentored by Chief Architect accompanies by Mr. Vishnuram ensures the commitment by us and executing the committed quality with high precision.
Flexible in all sense so as to work with other technical and construction team of each project who has exchange support each other till the final completion of the project. Finally, we take it upon ourselves to keep you updated on progress during each step of the operation. Communication is key to assure you are never in the dark about how your design goals are actualizing during any phase of our work.
Hand Over
Having a checklist on hand by each area devoid the chances of having pitfalls in completing our scope of work agreed by us. Once handover is completed, our client relations team provides a single point of contact for all final issues. The settling in period provides time for you to identify any further items that need resolving, and we stay with you throughout this phase to ensure that the space is working for you the way you want it to.
On completion of the project, the Project team hands over operating and maintenance manuals, a Precise Performance Management Plan and practical completion certificates along with a complete walk through with our clients.
